SteA 2: <br />In the event that an employee initiating a grievance is not <br />satisfied with the decision rendered by means of Step 1, above, <br />the employee may give written notice of the grievance to his <br />Immediate Supervisor, within five (5) days from the date of the <br />decision rendered in Step 1, above. Within ten (10) days after <br />such written notice, the Immediate Supervisor shall hold a formal <br />hearing upon such grievance, and the Immediate Supervisor may <br />invite any persons whom he may deem necessary for the fair and <br />impartial determination of the grievance.
