of such hearing, the Intermediate Supervisor shall issue a written <br />decision upon such grievance, with .copies to the aggrieved party <br />and all parties present at such hearing. <br />Stet .~ <br />In the event an employee initiating a grievance is not <br />satisfied with the decision rendered by means of Step 3, above, <br />the employee may give written notice of the grievance to the Chief <br />of Police (if not previously noticed) within five (5) days from <br />the date of the decision rendered in Step 3, above. Within ten <br />(10) days after such written notice to the Chief of Police, the <br />Chief of Police shall hold a formal hearing upon such grievance. <br />The Chief of Police may invite any other party necessary to <br />provide .information required for the rendering of a fair and <br />equitable decision.
