Within ten <br />(10) days after such written notice to the Chief of Police, the <br />Chief of Police shall hold a formal hearing upon such grievance. <br />The Chief of Police may invite any other party necessary to <br />provide .information required for the rendering of a fair and <br />equitable decision.
