. ? <br />'s <br />F <br />•?' <br />North Olmsted Police Department for a famiiy hospitalization <br />plan with either the Blue Cross/Medical Mutual hospitalization <br />plan or the Kaiser Community Health Plan or other commercial <br />plan, the choice of which will be at the option of the <br />respective employee. <br />2. In addition to the benefits given to all sworn <br />members of the North Olmsted Police Department with at least <br />one (1) full year in service, they shall also receive <br />additional coverage, that being DENTAL INSURANCE, which • <br />insurance shall be obtained through Blue Shield and have as <br />some of its features a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) deductible <br />per person per calendar year, together with an annual maximum <br />of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) payable per coveraged <br />person during any benefit year. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />In addition to the regular base salary plus increments <br />and other wage increases, full-time sworn employees of the <br />North Olmsted Police Department shall, on their original <br />appointment and during the calendar year of 1985, receive a <br />clothing allowance of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00), and <br />during the calendar year of 1986 and each year thereafter, <br />receive a clothing allowance of Four Hundred Twenty-Five and <br />no1100 Dollars ($425.00), to be determined and disbursed by and <br />with the approval of the Chief of Police. <br />-14-
