Any face of <br />a projecting sign shall be not less than five feet <br />(5') from a side lot line or party wall of anotfier <br />store unit. <br />(G) The height of the lowest member of any sign which.is not <br />integral with a wall surface sha11 not be less than eight <br />and one-half feet (8V) above a sidewalk or other pedes- <br />trian walkway and not less than fourteen feet (141) if <br />over or within eighteen inches (1811) of the vertical <br />projection of a pavement used for vefiicular traffic. <br />The maximum height of such sign shall not exceed twenty-five <br />feet_- (25' ) .
