Page 4 <br />• Overtime Any time worked in excess of eight <br /> hours a day or in eacess of 40 hours <br /> per week by Fire Prevention Personnel. <br /> In the case of Fire Suppression <br /> Personnel, any time worked in excess of <br /> 24 hours in a 72 hour period. <br />Overtime Pav That rate of pay equal to one and one <br /> half times the Basic Hourly &ate of Pap <br /> plus Longevity. <br />Safetv Director The'individual occupying the position <br /> of Safety Director for the Employer <br /> from time to time. <br />Senioritv A position determined by continuous <br /> service in the Fire Department from the <br /> date of employment. Continuous service <br /> shall be broken only by resignation, <br /> discharge, retirement or leave of <br /> absence for personal reasons. <br /> Employees with the same employment date <br /> shall be assigned seniority in order of <br /> their ranking on the civil service <br /> eligibility list. <br />Shift Cavtain The individual designated as such or <br /> his designee. <br />Sick Leave Absence due to personal illness, injury <br /> or exposure to contagious disease where <br /> qnarantined by the Board of Health, or <br /> illness in the Immediate Family. <br />Treasurer The individual occupying the position <br /> of Treasurer of the Association from <br /> time to time. <br />State Emvlovment Relations <br />Board The State Employment Relations Board of <br />the State of Ohio. <br />AbtTICLE II <br />xecognition <br />The Employer hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and <br />ezclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours, and other <br />terms and conditions of employment for all full-time Employees in <br />the Fire Department who are members of the Association or are <br />represented by the Association. Al1 other employees of the Employer <br />are ezcluded from the bargaining unit. <br />0 <br />
