~. <br />Page ll <br />ARTICLE X <br />OVII3TIME <br />10.1 The Fire Chief will be the final authority in determining the need for <br />Overtime. <br />10.2 Overtime shall be paid in fifteen minute increments providing the Employee <br />remains on duty for the time paid when held over. Employees will receive <br />two hours minim~un for call-back. <br />10.3 Employees may request payment of Overtime at arty tune. Employees shall be <br />paid for all Overtime hours accumulated in excess of eighty hours on the <br />next scheduled pay. <br />10.4 Arty cash payment for Overtime shall be paid at the rate of pay at which <br />it was earned after applying Longevity increment applicable. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />UNIFORM ALLOWANCE <br />11.1 All Employees shall maintain duty and dress uniforms as mandated by Rules <br />and Regulations amendment dated January 8, 1982. <br />11.2 .All Cadets, immediately upon appointment shall be provided two duty <br />2 imtforms, one uniform cap, one light weight packet, one winter packet and <br />~..`' one white shirt. All clothing provided shall be surrendered to the Employer <br />if the Employee fails to complete the probationary period. <br />11.3 Each II~loyee, commencing with the second year of employment, or February 1, <br />whichever is later, shall receive an annual cash Uniform Allowance in the <br />amount of $400.00 per year. Such allowance shall be paid no later than <br />February 1, of each year. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />HOLIDAYS <br />12.1 For the year 1987, the procedure for Holidays shall be as follows: <br />(a) Employees shall be entitled to eleven twenty--four hour Holidays. <br />(b) Upon the signing of this .agreement, Employees shall be assigned <br />nineteen day cycles in which the Employees are to pick the remainder <br />of their ~lidays. Said nineteen day cycles shall end on <br />December 31, 1987. <br />The balance of this Article shall apply for the balance of the term of <br />this Amt. <br />12.2 On January 1 of 1988 and 1989, Employees shall be entitled to five twenty- <br />four hour holidays. <br />
