(a) to fill a vacancy caused by an employee <br />being on sick leave or other approved <br />leave of absence; <br />(b) to provide vacation relief scheduling; <br />(c) to fill an opening temporarily pending <br />permanent filling of such opening; <br />(d) to meet an emergency situation; <br />(e) to meet changes in the work load; and <br />(f) to accommodate the presence of summer employees: <br />ARTICLE 21: VACATIONS <br />°~' Section 1: Regular full-time employees shall be granted <br />„.. <br />vacation leave with full pay in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />One through four years - 2 weeks <br />Five through nine years - 3 weeks <br />Ten through fourteen years - 4 weeks <br />Fifteen through twenty years - 5 weeks <br />Twenty-one years or more - 6 weeks <br />Section 2: An employee shall become eligible for vacation <br />leave on his anniversary date and vacation leave shall be taken <br />by the employee within twelve (12) months thereafter.
