Section 3. Pay in lieu of vacation is limited to conditions <br />as set forth in Ordinance 83-31. <br />Section 4: If an employee is terminated (voluntarily or <br />involuntarily) prior to taking his vacation and has completed one <br />(1) year of employment with the City, he shall receive the pro- <br />rated portion of any accrued but unused vacation at the time. of <br />separation.
