~~ .. ~.,_.... r,. ~~ ~....~,.. ~..w,~...~, ... _ . _ ....~ ~ ~._ ~ .. <br />ARTICLE 22: HOLIDAYS <br />Section 1: All regular full-time employees shall be <br />entitled to the following paid holidays: <br />New Year's Day <br />President's Day <br />One-half (1/2) day Good Friday <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />One-half (1/2j day Christmas Eve <br />Christmas Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Section 2: An employee in the Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />or the Service Department who may be scheduled to work a full day <br />on Good Friday or Christmas Eve will receive compensatory time <br />off. <br />Section 3: In addition to the above holidays, a regular <br />full-time employee shall be entitled to observe a personal day as <br />a holiday with pay in each of the years (July 19 to July 18j <br />covered by the terms of this Agreement. The personal day shall <br />be scheduled by mutual agreement between the employees and his <br />supervisor. <br />Section 4: Effective July 19, 1988, a regular full-time <br />employee shall be entitled to observe two (2) personal days as a <br />holiday with pay in each of the years (July 19 to July 18) <br />covered by the terms of this Agreement. <br />33 <br />~a <br />
