___ _ <br />,,~_. <br />~ 1 ~ b. the facts upon which .it is based; <br />c. the remedy or adjustment sought, and; <br />d. -the signature of the aggrieved employee. <br />The immediate supervisor shall respond in writing to <br />this grievance within seven (7) working days of its <br />receipt. The written response at this step, and <br />management responses at all steps thereafter, shall <br />contain the following information: <br />a. an affirmation or denial of the facts upon which <br />the grievance is based; <br />b. an analysis of the validity of the grievance; <br />c. the remedy or adjustment, if any, to be made, and; <br />d. the signature of the appropriate management repre- <br />sentative. <br />3. If the grievance is not resolved at Step 2, the <br />aggrieved employee shall, within seven (7) working days <br />following receipt of his immediate supervisor's written <br />response, submit a written grievance collectively to <br />intermediate supervisors within the chain of command of the <br />employee's work unit. These supervisors shall respond in <br />writing to this grievance within seven (7) working days of <br />its receipt. <br />4.
