~- _ - ......-~.. .., 1 <br />f r` <br />within or to other location of facilities; to determine the manner in <br />~_ \ <br />which all work is to be performed; to determine the size and duties of the <br />work force the number of shifts required, and all work schedules; to <br />establish, modify, consolidate, or abolish Sobs; and to determine staffing <br />patterns, including, but not limited to, assignment of employees, numbers <br />employed, duties to be performed, qualifications required, and areas <br />worked; sub3ect only to the restrictions and regulations governing the <br />exercise of these rights as are expressly provided herein. <br />ARTICLE XR <br />BILL OF RIGHTS <br />Recognition of the Police Officer's Bill of Rights set out <br />as follows: <br />1. You have the right to have present with you a member of <br />the North Olmsted Police Department Negotiations Committee, upon request, <br />at all times during a formal internal investigation when it relates to <br />your continued fitness for law enforcement service. If the investigation <br />could result in criminal charges, you have the right to be represented by <br />legal counsel. <br />2. You have the right to be completely informed of your <br />rights, prior to the commencement of the interrogation, if you could be <br />placed under arrest as a result of the investigation. <br />3. You have the right to be informed in advance, of the <br />nature of the investigation and the name of the complaint, before any <br />interrogation commences. <br />-21- <br />
