been completed. <br />(34) "Greenhouse, commercial" means any greenhouse containing 400 <br />square feet or mor of floor area or used primarily for the raising <br />of products for sale either on a wholesale or retail basis whether <br />on or off the lot. <br />(35) "Greenhouse, private" means a greenhouse containing less than 400 <br />square feet of floor area, in which no produce, plants or flowers <br />are raised for sale or sold whether on or off the lot. <br />(36) "Height of building" means the vertical distance measured from the <br />surface of the adjoining ground to the highest point of the roof <br />(adjacent to the street wall of flat roofs); to the top of a <br />parapet roof, and to highest ridge of a gabled, mansard, hipped or <br />gambrel roof. <br />(37) "Hi-rise building" means a building or structure having a height <br />of at least fifty feet and not exceeding 200 feet. <br />(38) "Hotel" means a building or part thereof operated as a public inn <br />for profit, in which transients are lodged, with or without meals, <br />and in which, as a rule, the rooms are occupied singly and not as <br />dwelling units. <br />(39) "Hotel apartment" means a hotel in which a substantial number of <br />the occupants use their rooms more or less permanently as a <br />residence. <br />(40) "Hospital" means a building in which is maintained an <br />establishment for medical or surgical care of bed patients for a <br />continuous period longer than twenty-four hours, which is open to <br />the general public twenty-four hours each day and has separate <br />facilities for emergency care and which has on duty at least one <br />registered nurse twenty-four hours each day. <br />(41) "House trailer" means any vehicle so designed, constructed, <br />reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such a manner <br />as will permit the use and occupancy thereof for human habitation <br />whether resting on wheels, jacks or other temporary or permanent <br />foundation and used or so constructed as to permit its being used <br />as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways. <br />(42) "House trailer park" means any tract of land upon which one or <br />more house trailers are occupied either free of charge or for <br />revenue purposes, including any roadway, building, vehicle or <br />structure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of <br />such house trailer park or for the benefit of its occupants. <br />(43) "Landbank" means an area of land which is designated by a <br />landowner as part of a plan for parking and/or loading facilities <br />in order to meet the minimum requirements of the Zoning Code, but <br />which the City has instead permitted or required to be developed <br />and maintained as part of the owner's landscape plan, and which <br />shall continue to be so maintained until, or unless, the City <br />subsequently permits or requires said area to be used for parking <br />and/or loading f acilities. <br />(44) "Living unit" means a dwelling or a portion thereof providing <br />separate living, cooking, sleeping, bathing and toilet facilities <br />4 <br />, _ , .. ..,... ,
