r 6.7. Detective Bureau Pay: Any full-time employee shall, while on duty a Plainclothes Detective or Juvenile Officer, be paid additional compensation at the rate of: One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for 1992. One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00) for_1993 One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) for 1994 6.8. Evidence Technician Pay: Any bargaining unit member shall, while on duty as an Evidence Technician be paid additional compensation at the rate of: Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for 1992 Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) for 1993 Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for 1994 Compensation to be paid upon completion of all required courses. 6.9. Shift differential: Effective January 1, 1992, all bargaining unit members shall receive a shift differential in the amount of: $.45 cents per hour for 1992 $.50 cents per hour for 1993 $.55 cents per hour for 1994 Shift differential shall be paid. to bargaining unit members assigned to the second (1600 to 2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively 6.10. Field Training Officers: Any bargaining unit member, upon being selected as a field training officer shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per year for the duration of this Agreement. Compensation shall be paid inclusive of all time spent in any and all courses required by the employer. (8)
