<br />ARTICLE XII <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />12.1. Effective January 1, 1992, all full-time bargaining <br />unit members shall receive a clothing allowance of Nine Hundred <br />($900.00) Dollars payable with the first regular pay check in <br />January in a separate check. <br />12.2. Effective January 1, 1993, all full-time bargaining <br />unit members shall receive a clothing allowance of One Thousand <br />($1,000.00) Dollars payable with the first regular check in <br />January in a separate check. <br />12.3. Effective January 1, 1994, all full-time bargaining <br />unit members shall receive a clothing allowance of One Thousand <br />One Hundred ($1,100.00) Dollars payable with the first regular <br />check in January in a separate check. <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />SICK LEAVE <br />13.1 Sick leave shall be accumulated in accordance with <br />Section 161.01 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />13.2 In the event that a full-time sworn employee of the <br />North Olmsted Police Department should be injured while in the <br />line of duty due to a sudden and accidental occurrence, and such <br />injury has so incapacitated said member of the Police Department <br />that he is temporarily unable to work, then the Director of Public <br />Safety, after determining that said injury is work-related and is <br />of a temporary nature, may authorize ninety (90) days sick leave. <br />{18) <br />
