<br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 93-103 <br />page 2 <br />? <br />?.m <br />(2) All others as follows: <br />A. Under $10,000 evaluation - four (4) months from the date of issuance <br />B. $10,000 to $50,000 evaluation - six (6) months from the date of issuance <br />C. Over $50,000 - nine (9) months from the date of issuance <br />(Note: Two extensions equal to the original time period allotted may be granted <br />provided circumstances warrant and it is requested in writing within ten days of <br />the expiration date. ) <br />(b) Reinsnection fees (Not AMlicable to Homeowners' Permits: <br />(1) If an inspection is requested and for any reason the work is found <br />unsatisfactory or incomplete, a$10.00 fee shall be assessed. <br />(2) If work is covered without benefit of an inspection, it shall be revealed and <br />a $15.00 fee assessed. <br />(3) For all permits where a final inspection has not been requested, in writing, <br />prior to the expiration of the permit, an inspection shall be made fifteen (15) <br />days after the expiration date and a$25.00 fee assessed. (Exception: <br />Written request for an extension has been received.) <br />(c) Insnection fees• <br />(1) Advisory inspection <br />(2) Certificate of occupancy <br />$ 10.00 <br />10.00 <br />(d) Homeowners obtaining their own permits shall sign an affidavit stating they aze <br />performing all work. If a homeowner is acting as a general contractor, all subcontractors shall <br />be registered and/or licensed and obtain the permits that they may be required for the work they <br />perform. <br />(e) Copies of contracts may be required by the Building Official to substantiate costs <br />and establish who is responsible for the different phases of the project. <br />(f) Architectural Review Board: <br />(1) Building and site plans $ 50.00 <br />(2) Signs only 10.00 <br />(g) Board of Zoning Ap peals Fees: $ 30.00 <br /> <br />(h) Boazd of Building C ode Appeals: $ 30.00 <br />(i) Penalty for Working Without a Permit Shall Be: $ 30.00 <br />be amended, and as amended shall read in its entirety as follows:
