Such written communication shall be
forwarded by regular mail and shall further advise that any unpaid parking ticket will be
forwarded to the Rocky River Municipal Court, by a date specific, not less than ten (10) days
from the date of such correspondence, for further proceedings and prosecution of the parking
violation, subject to the imposition of Court costs. Unpaid parking violations may then proceed
to Rocky River Municipal Court upon the issuance of a uniform traffic citation and subject to all
procedures therein. The registered owner of a motor vehicle ticketed for a parking violation shall appear at
the North Olmsted Police Department to pay the fine for such parking violation, in person,
through a designated representative, or postmarked by mail, within forty-eight hours after the
issuance of such parking ticket, Sundays or holidays excepted, and pay a fine of fifteen dollars
($15.00), without costs.
