REAR YAR.DS4 <br />(a) The depth raquired by the "Schedul.e of Height and Area Regulationsit <br />for rear yards shall be the depth cxclusive of any portion used for a.ccessory <br />structures. <br />(b) In measuring the depth of a rear yard for any building where such- <br />yard extends back to an alley, one-half the width of such alley may be considered <br />as a partion of the yard. <br />(c) In measus'inghstreethlina, eaveragesdimansions mayrbetused*? lot <br />line is not parallel with the <br />?.
