07-Dec-1994 <br />D R A F T T H R E E <br />.7 Establishing and maintaining a management information system on <br />operations, labor, training, accidents, and Authority provided equipment, as <br />specified in this Agreement or as may be required by the- Authority. <br />.8 Preparation of budgets, analyses, and reports of financial and other <br />matters pertaining to the contracted services as may be required by the <br />Authority. <br />.9 Performing all other work as may be necessary to comply with the <br />requirements of this Agreement as the Authority may from time to time require. <br />.10 Meet and coordinate with the Authority on a frequent basis. <br />.11 All contracted services shall conform to the requirements of all <br />federal, state and/or local reguYatory agencies having jurisdiction over the <br />City and the Authority. <br />3. TERM OF AGREEflENT <br />3 1 The term of this Public Transportation Operating Agreement shall be for a <br />period of five (5) years commencing on January 1, 1995 and continuing until <br />11:59 P.M. on December 31, 1999. <br />3 2 The City or the Authority may submit a proposal regarding the continued <br />relationship of the parties not later than twelve (12) months prior to the <br />expiration of this Agreement. <br />3 3 The parties agree that the method of cost-reimbursement established <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be used to compensate the City for service <br />provided during the year 1994. <br />4_ CONTRACT ADHIlIISTRATION <br />4.1 This contract shall be administered on behalf of the Authority by the <br />Assistant General Manager - Operations, or her delegate. <br />4.2 This contract shall be administered on behalf of the City by the Mayor of <br />-5- <br />
