' 07=Dec-1994 D R A F T T H R E E <br />the City of North Olmsted, or his delegate. <br />4.3 Any approvals, requests for approval, or notices, which are required or <br />proper under the terms of this Agreement to be given by the Authority or by the <br />City, shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient if sent by first class <br />certified mail, postage prepaid with return receipt requested, to each of the <br />Parties entitled to receive such notice at the post office address respectively <br />furnished from time to time to the Authority or the City. The addresses <br />originally specified by the Authority and the City to serve until notice <br />otherwise shall be given are: <br />Authority: <br />Assistant General Manager - Operations <br />Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority <br />615 Superior Avenue, W. <br />Cleveland, OHio 44113-1877 <br />City: <br />The Mayor of the City of North Olmsted <br />5200 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />5. CHANGES IN ADHINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDIIRES AND TRAINING <br />STANDARDS <br />_ 5.1 The Authority may request changes in the City's reporting requirements,. <br />contract administration, traininglsafety program, preventative maintenance and <br />repair program, inventory requirements, maintenance procedures, or other <br />operating procedures not resulting in changes in level of service.' Such <br />requests must be submitted in writing not less than thirty (30) days before <br />such request is to take effect. If such changes would result in a material <br />increase or decrease in the City's cost or in the time required for <br />performance, the City shall notify the Authority within seven (7) days after <br />receipt of such order and shall submit a claim detailing such objection and/or <br />-6- <br />
