` 07=Dec-1994 D R A F T T H R E E <br />to in paragraph 15.4 shall be reported to-the City and the City shall notify <br />the Authority of any disciplinary action taken. <br />15.6 The Authority shall provide the City with copies of all Authority <br />bulletins issued to Authority personnel that may result in the reporting of <br />violations under this section. The Authority shall make such bulletins <br />available to the City at the same time such bulletins are made available to <br />Authority operating districts. <br />15.7 All operators and other personnel who are required to do so in accordance <br />with law shall have a valid Ohio Commercial Driver's License. It is expressly <br />understood the City is responsible for monitoring all personnel to be certain <br />they have a valid license. The City, however, shall provide to the Authority <br />at the Authority's request, a roster of all operators containing such <br />information as may be required for the Authority to determine the status of <br />that operators driver's license through the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. If <br />the Authority determines that an operator does not have a current valid Ohio <br />Commercial Driver's License, the Authority shall immediately notify the City. <br />The City shall not permit anyone to operate any Authority vehicle or provide <br />contracted services hereunder who is not properly licensed to do so. Failure <br />of the Authority to conduct such testing does not release the City from its <br />obligation to monitor its transit employees to be certain the bus operators <br />have a valid Ohio Commercial Driver's License and are properly licensed to <br />provide the contracted services. <br />16. LABOR RELATIONS <br />16.1 The City shall keep the Authority advised of all labor disputes, all <br />negotiations, and the progress of all negotiations with its transit personnel <br />-18- <br />
