provision shall be null and void and. shall not affect the validity of the remaining paragraphs of this <br />Agreement. <br />18.2 Any past understanding, ordinance or resolution which has been in effect shall <br />remain in effect until such time that it is modified by a subsequent agreement. Such modification <br />shall be completed by the procedures set up in this Agreement for negotiations. <br />18.3 It is the intent of the parties that this Agreement be interpreted as practicable as <br />possible in accordance with Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />ARTICLE 19 <br />PER DIEM FOR SCHOOLING <br />19.1 Employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be <br />reimbursed, not to exceed Six Dollars ($6.00) per day, as per diem expenses while in attendance <br />at Police Training Schools within Cuyahoga County, when schools are for a two (2) week period, <br />with ten (10) days in class attendance. <br />ARTICLE 20 <br />LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />20.1 The City shall provide insurance coverage respecting the liability of all employees <br />of the North Olmsted Police Department against all causes of action arising out of allegations of <br />false arrest. <br />ARTICLE 21 <br />MANAGEMENT RIGHTS <br />21.1.
