to obtain refreshments for himself and other members of the crew <br />to be consumed at the job location. <br />29. Employees will be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) of <br />their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of <br />eight (8) in any one work day and time and one-half (1-1/2) of <br />their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of <br />forty (40) in any one work week. A work day is a twenty-four (24) <br />hour period commencing at the start of the employee's scheduled <br />shift. Hours worked on a day designated as a holiday or personal <br />day in Paragraph 54 shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) <br />the employee's straight time rate of pay for hours worked and <br />his regular holiday pay in accordance with Paragraph 55. In <br />determining whether an employee has worked in excess of forty (40) <br />hours in any work week, the following shall be considered as hours <br />worked: <br />1. Hours on a holiday which the employee did not work <br />but for which he received pay pursuant to Paragraph <br />54 of this Memorandum; <br />2. Hours of vacation which the employee did not work <br />but for which he received pay pursuant to Paragraph <br />49 of this Memorandum; and <br />-16- <br />
