HOLIDAYS <br />54. All regular full-time employees shall be entitled to <br />the following paid holidays: <br />New Year' s Day <br />President's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />In addition to the above holidays, a regular, full-time employee <br />shall be entitled to observe a personal day as a holiday with <br />pay in each of the years (July 19 to July 18) covered by the <br />terms of this Memorandum. The personal day shall be scheduled <br />by mutual agreement between the employee and his supervisor. <br />55. To be entitled to holiday pay, employees must work the <br />last regular work day before and the first regular work day after <br />the holiday unless excused by the City. If any of the above holi- <br />days fall on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as <br />the holiday. <br />56. An employee who is called in to work at a time when he <br />is not regularly scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) <br />-31- <br />
