CITY OF NORTfi OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 77-10 Page 3 (a) :All single family and two family residential dwellings shall be charged a flat rate of Eight-five Dollars ($85.00) per year per dwelling payable in quarterly instalments of Twenty-0ne and 25/100 Dollars ($21.25). (b) All multi-family residential dwelling units shall be charged Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) per year per suite, payable in quarterly installments of Sixteen and 25/100 Dollars ($16.25). For the purposes of this section, condominiLUn units shall be charged the multi-family rate as established herein.
