-1 <br />...? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79-139 <br />PIAGE 11. <br />1000.11 VALIDITY, RF.PEAL AND PENAL PROVISIONS <br />(A) That the sections forming part of or established <br />by this Ordinance, and the several parts, provisions and <br />regulations thereof, are hereby declared to be independent <br />sections, parts, provisions and regulations, and that in <br />case any section or sections, or part of any section or <br />sections, of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconsti- <br />tutional or invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall <br />not thereby be invalid, but shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />(B) Any person, firm, partnership, corporati.on, <br />contractor, subcontractor, mechanic or architect violating <br />any provision of tl-iis Ordinance is guilty of committing <br />a misdemeanor and silall be fined not more than One Thousand <br />Dollars ($1,000.00) or such person or pr.esident of the <br />firm or corporation shall be imprisoned in the County Jail <br />not more than six (6) months, or both. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance, or parts of ordinances, in <br />conflict nerewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and a ter the earliest pez•iod allowed by law. <br />PASSED: December 2, 1980 <br />PASSED AS AMENDED January 20, 19$1 <br />ATTF.ST : <br />/s/ Florence E.
