? <br />? <br />? <br />+rww <br />.?, <br />? <br />4m <br />me <br />.0 <br />sr <br />Step 2: <br />steward to his immediate supervisor, <br />or, in the case of the Waste Water <br />Plant, the superintendent, within ten <br />(10) calendar days after the employee <br />learned or should have learned of the <br />event upon which the grievance is based. <br />The immediate supervisor or superintendent <br />shall meet with the employee or the <br />employee and the steward within three (3) <br />work days. The supervisor or superintendent <br />shall give an answer in writing to the <br />participants involved in the initial meeting <br />within two (2) working days following the <br />date of the grievance discussion. <br />If the employee's grievance is not satis- <br />factorily settled at Step 1, the grievance <br />shall be submitted to the Service Director <br />within five (5) working days after the Step <br />1 answer. The Service Director and/or his <br />designated representative or representatives <br />shall meet with the Local Union President, <br />the Steward and the Chief Steward or his <br />designee within five (5) working days after <br />the grievance has been filed with the Service <br />Director, and the City's representative shall <br />answer the grievance in writing within two <br />-8- <br />am <br />us
