(2) working days following completion of <br />a?- the Step 2 discussions. <br />Ha Step 3: The Union may appeal the grievance to the <br />,.:.? <br />Mayor or his designated representatives by <br />giving him notice in writing within seven <br />(7) working days following receipt of the <br />Step 2 answer. The Mayor, together with <br />such representatives as the Mayor deems <br />appropriate, shall meet at a mutually agreed <br />satisfactory time with the Local Union <br />Grievance Committee to consider the grievance <br />within ten (10) working days following receipt <br />of the appeal. A representative of Ohio <br />Council 8 may participate in any such meeting. <br />The Mayor will answer the grievance in <br />writing within five (5) working days following <br />completion of the Step 3 discussions. <br />All Step 2 or 3 meetings under the Grievance Procedure <br />vw <br />M* shall be scheduled during the last forty-five (45) minutes of the <br />wrr work day unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties. <br />Step 4: If the grievance is not satisfactorily <br />r?r <br />settled at Step 3, the Union may, within <br />?. <br />thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of <br />the Step 3 answer, submit the matter to <br />mw arbitration.
