Any <br />employee working overtime with the approval of supervision shall <br />be paid overtime to the next tenth of an hour. <br />DISTRIBUTION OF OVERTIME <br />am 31. The City shall be the sole judge of the necessity of <br />"w overtime. All overtime shall be voluntary and an employee shall <br />.m <br />have the right to refuse an overtime assignment except for <br />emergencies.
