Any of the above while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 annually for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau. Call- in pay to be paid at hourly rate calculated by dividing yearly salary by 2080 hours. B. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all full-time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service, with the City, shall be paid an additional 40 of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth (10th) year of continuous full-time service, after which such employee shall receive 50 of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service, and thereafter 6% of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive 7a of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments herein above set fortis, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusionf_or part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. D. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increase, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of_ their appointment receive $300.00 clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and disbursed by and with the approval of the Fire Chief of the Department. E. With the exception of secretarial and clerical employees, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount for the hospitalization insurance cost of all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire Department with either Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plan or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan, effective n~cember 22, 197. F. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire Department, excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief.. In the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the employee shall receive another day offf_rom work to replace the holiday he worked, or was not required to work for reasons other than holiday leave. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; Veteran's Day; the employee's birthday; and the employee's personal use day. G. That all full-time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: .. _.,.~
