It was moved by Mr. Limpert seconded by <br />Mr. Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mrs. <br />Nicholas that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. It was moved by <br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Christman., that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage.
