<br />submitted by Candelight Subdivision for the development of LeBerne Drive
<br />Vincent Drive, and a part of Hawkins Avenue proposed as shown on the plat of
<br />the developer. Mr. Christman moved seconded by Mr, Limpert, that this

<br />Ordinance No. 61-181 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />235-1-2-67-68 on South Porter Roads being an assessment for the preparation of
<br />detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North
<br />Glmsted~ and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert seconded by
<br />Mr. Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative

<br />for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by
<br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Christman., that the statutory rule be suspended
