<br />Ordinance No, 3167 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance accepting the
<br />plat of Libby.-Lee Inc. Subdivision for recording purposes only and appr©ving
<br />the improvement plans for said subdivision and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read ir.~nediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,

<br />appropriations and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded

<br />perrzit from Cleveland Metropolitan Park Board for the installation of a sanitary
<br />sewer line across the lands of the park district to serve the Sewage Treatment
<br />Plant of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. It was moved by
<br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and

<br />prevention code prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life
<br />and property from fire or explosion, and establishing ~6ureau of .fire prevention
<br />and providing officers therefor and defining their powers and duties. It was
<br />moved by Mr, Porter, seconded by Mr. Limpert that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
