NOV. 15, 1960 - PAGE 3 <br />Ordinance No, 3167 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance accepting the <br />plat of Libby.-Lee Inc. Subdivision for recording purposes only and appr©ving <br />the improvement plans for said subdivision and declaring an emergency. It was <br />moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read ir.~nediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance <br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, <br />Porter, <br />Resolution No. 3168 was introduced by Mr, O'Neill, A resolution transferring <br />appropriations and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded <br />by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. A resolution accepting the <br />perrzit from Cleveland Metropolitan Park Board for the installation of a sanitary <br />sewer line across the lands of the park district to serve the Sewage Treatment <br />Plant of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. It was moved by <br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and <br />the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. An ordinance adapting afire <br />prevention code prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life <br />and property from fire or explosion, and establishing ~6ureau of .fire prevention <br />and providing officers therefor and defining their powers and duties.
