<br />M'r. MacDonald stated, in reference to Mr. & Mrs. Timothy~s letter, that the
<br />entire City is to be aewered and that a Special Meeting of Council will be
<br />held Tuesdays June 1l~, 1960 pertaining to sewer problems and that a representative
<br />of Floyd Browne and Associates will attend and all questions can be answered
<br />at that time.
<br />Mr. Max~ani~ Plats Committee, reported that developing plans for Sherirood Estates
<br />are ready for Councils approval and that the Plats Coauaittes will check them
<br />and present their recommendations shortly,
<br />Mr. OfNeill, Transportation Committee,
<br />increase in fares for the Bus line and
<br />Council go along with these increases.
<br />stated that Fairview has agreed to the
<br />that the Committee recommends that the
<br />Mr. Christman, Streets, Sidewalks, Sewers and Ditches Committee, stated that the
<br />easements on Lansing Drive have basal signed. He also stated that the Committee
<br />feels that the residents who wish to should be able to put in their own sidewalk
<br />on Canterbury Rd.
<br />Mr, Limpert~ Legislative Committee, stated that the Committee discussed codefying
<br />of the Ordinances and feel that this is a necessity and requested the So7.icitor
<br />and Mayor to check over the two proposals submitted.
<br />Mr. Limpert stated that the Legislative Committee recommends an ordinance be
<br />drawn up making it necessary to obtain a permit for Tree Surgery; an ordinance
<br />fixing X15,00 fee for perfecting an appeal under the provisions of Our Board of
<br />Building Code Appeals, Section 157,3.12, and also an ordinance concerning erection
<br />of fences and curb cutting.
<br />Mrs. Nicholas, Municipal Properties Committee, stated that the Committee recommends
<br />combining all fire insurance policies and that as additional equipment is purchased
<br />to incorporate it in the original policy. The Committee also recommends
<br />construction of a Comfort Station at the Park andp~ssible floodlights off, -the
<br />Park,
<br />Mr. De Benedetto of Buckeye Enterprises requested rezoning on Lorain Rd. across
<br />from the Buckeye Motel so that Office Buildings and Apartments can be constructed.
<br />This matter was turned over to the Plats Committee for their consideration.
<br />Resolution No. 3030 was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution providing for
<br />the assumption by the City of North O7~nsted of a portion of the preliminary
<br />costs of preparation of plans, etc., for the Municipal Sewerage System and
<br />directing a revision of the assessment list in connection therewith. The
<br />resolution was given its first reading-only.
<br />Resolution No. 3©31 was introduced by Mr. Mangani, A resolution accepting the
<br />plat of Cande7.ite Subdivision for recording purposes only. The resolution was
<br />given its fist reading on1.y.
<br />Ordinance No. 3032 was introduced by Mr. OTNeill, An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 232w2]a•l2
<br />Dover Center Road water main in the City of North 07msted, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. OtNei7.1, seconded by Mr. Limperts that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Orrleill, Porter.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christanan~
<br />Limpert, Mangani~ Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter.
<br />Ordinance No. 3033 was introduced by Mr. OiNeill. An ordinance authoBi.zing and

<br />It was moved by Mr. OtNeill, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule
