<br />Ordinance No. 3034 was introduced by Mr. OtNeill. An ordinance amending
<br />Section 1 of Ordinance 2785 enacted December 16, 1958, amending Section ?~
<br />of Ordinance 2534 enacted August 20, 1957, amending Section 4 of Ordinance
<br />2214 enacted October 4, 1955, entitled ~An Ordinance determining salaries,
<br />wages and bonds of appointed officials and e~rployees of the City of North 0]msted~,
<br />as amended by Ordinance 2359 enacted Apguat 21,1956, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. OtN®ill, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read iraraediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said a:otion was
<br />as follows: Garter, C~hristman~ Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert,

<br />Resolution No. 3035 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. A resolution of cooperation
<br />with the School Board in connection with the approval of new subdivid.ons, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Lampert,
<br />that the statutory tale be suspended and the vsd~lution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, Otheill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put

<br />Service Director to advertise for bids for the paving of the berm in front
<br />of Butternut School, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster,
<br />seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Chrastznan,
<br />Lampert, Mangani, Nicr~olas, O~I~eill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was

<br />the advertising for sane of Sub Lot No. 30 in Porter Road Acre Tracts of part
<br />of original Dover Township Lots Nos. !~ and 14, and declaring an emerNency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third tia-es
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 3038 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An ordinance amending Section
<br />1 of ordinance 2746, enacted 9/16/58, being an ordinance establishing a permit
<br />fee schedule to be charged and collected by the Building Administrator of the
<br />City of North 07.m ted for the construction alteration, repair, moving or
<br />demolition of ary dwelling or appurtenance structure, residential, business ci°
<br />industrial, greenhouse, outdoor signs and display structures, outdoor above
<br />ground or buried tanks, curb cutting, lowering or removing permit, permanent
<br />type swimming pool; a separate permit to be obtad.ned and charged for all electrical
<br />work, plumbing and sewer, heating and air conditioning, regulated by the Building
<br />Code of the City of North Olmsted and to provide for general contractorsx registration
<br />thereby amending section 216 of ordinance No. 826 enacted June 26, 1950, and
<br />declaring an emergency; by regulating and controlling the erection, constructi.or~
<br />alteration and installation of fences on properties within said City, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Lampert, seconded by Mr. Mangano, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ~dinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
