<br />Ordinance No. 3002 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. An ordinance requesting
<br />a point of access to Brookpark Road (SR 17) between Flaherty Road and Columbia
<br />Road, for the purposes of affording more adequate use of premises abutting SR 17
<br />between Flaherty Road and Columbia Road, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. OsNeill, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as full®ws: Caster,
<br />Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~rTeill, Porter. Thereupon, the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and

<br />Resolution No. 3003 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution authorizing
<br />and directing the engineer to prepare plans, profi.~es, specifications and
<br />estimates for the improvement of Decker Road from Midvale Avenue to the
<br />southerly line of sublot No. l~82, by constructing therein a 2!~ foot paved
<br />roadway, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by
<br />Mx. O~Neill~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the s~esolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani~ Nicholas,
<br />O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times

<br />Resolution No. 300. was introduced by Mr. OsNeill. A resolution authorizing
<br />and directing the Engineer to prepare plans profiles, specifications and
<br />estimates for the improvement of the southerly side of Lorain Road from
<br />Whitethorn Avenue easterly to the Shopping Center property by constructing
<br />therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. OtNeill, seconded by Mr..Li~pert~:, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion waa as follows;

<br />Resolution No. 3005 was introduced by Mr. O~Neill. A resolution repealing
<br />resolution 2961, enacted February 2, 1960, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. O~Neill, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 3006 was introduced by Mr. Porter. An ordinance amending Section
<br />1 of Ordinance 2992, enacted February 16, 1960, entitled, aAn ordinarm~ determining
<br />the necessity of levying; an additional preliminary assessment upon the benefited
<br />lots and lands within the city of North Olmsted to pay further costs of general
<br />and detailed plans, specifications, estimates and other charges in connection with
<br />the construction and financing of the municipal dewerage system, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said ~aotion was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter.

<br />Ordinance No. 300? was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An ©rdinanCe prohibiting the
<br />parking of motor vehicles on the south side of Lorain Road from the westerly
<br />city limits to the easterly city limits between the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
<br />and on the northerly side of Lorain Road from the easterly city limits to the
<br />westerly city limits between the hours of 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., requesting
<br />the posting of appropriate signs and fixing the penalty for violation theraof~
