<br />Discussion ensued and it was determined that there would be no problem

<br />Hayden-T~iiller Company and that certified copies of the resolution providir_g

<br />Mrs. Heaton, of 24017 Frank Street, appeared before Council inquiring
<br />relative to the alleviation of the flooding conditions on Frank Street,
<br />and was advised the proposed construction of the Clague Road Sewer might
<br />be under way shortly after easement rights had been obtained.
<br />Mr. Hixson reported the Municipal Properties Committee recommended the
<br />lot offered by LeRoy Harris for park or playground on LeBern Drive should
<br />not be accepted for these purposes as it is not an ideal location. :Kow-
<br />ever, the Engineer stated some of that land will be required for the
<br />relief sewer and that as much as is necessary be retained for that purpose.
<br />Ordinance No. 2858, the Rules and Regulations for the Fire Department of
<br />the City of North Olmsted, was given its third reading, and the Safety
<br />Director recommended that adoption be deferred until he had an opportunity
<br />to go through them. It was moved by Mrs. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. 'r7ilson,

<br />Ordinance No. 2857, an ordinance regulating and fixing the price at which
<br />the East Ohio Gas Company shall be required to furnish natural gas to
<br />the City, was given its third reading, It was moved by Mr. MacDonald,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that before adoption, it be referred to the
<br />Utilities Committee. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />ldilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2879 was introduced by Nir. MacDonald. A resolution of
<br />intent to issue a.t the proper time such bonds as may be necessary to
<br />comply with the financing plan for the purpose of paying a part of the
<br />cost of constructing a sewage treatment plant and sanitary sewers.
<br />It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, 'rJilson. There-
<br />upon the solution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,

<br />Grdinance No. 2480 was introduced by Pair. Kramer. An ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in antiticpation of the levy of special assess-
<br />ments for the improvement of Fitch goad from Butternut midge road to the
<br />South City line, by the construction of a five foot sidewalk on bot:~ sides
<br />thereof. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the
<br />statutory male be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
