It was moved by Mrs. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. 'r7ilson, <br />the adoption be deferred. "'leas" Hinkel, Tiixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />~rlilson. <br />Ordinance No. 2857, an ordinance regulating and fixing the price at which <br />the East Ohio Gas Company shall be required to furnish natural gas to <br />the City, was given its third reading, It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, <br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that before adoption, it be referred to the <br />Utilities Committee. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />ldilson. <br />Resolution No. 2879 was introduced by Nir. MacDonald. A resolution of <br />intent to issue a.t the proper time such bonds as may be necessary to <br />comply with the financing plan for the purpose of paying a part of the <br />cost of constructing a sewage treatment plant and sanitary sewers. <br />It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, 'rJilson. There- <br />upon the solution was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, <br />Kramer, Lynch, I~'acDonald, 4Jilson. <br />Grdinance No. 2480 was introduced by Pair. Kramer. An ordinance to provide <br />for the issuing of notes in antiticpation of the levy of special assess- <br />ments for the improvement of Fitch goad from Butternut midge road to the <br />South City line, by the construction of a five foot sidewalk on bot:~ sides <br />thereof. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the <br />statutory male be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage.
