<br />Ordinance No. 2881 was introduced by Mrs. Hinkel. An ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assess-
<br />ments for the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road to Midvale
<br />Avenue, by grading and paving same. It was moved by Mrs. Hinkel, seconded
<br />by Mr. 4dilson, treat the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Henkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, infiison.
<br />Ordinance No. 28F~2 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assess-
<br />ments for the improvement of Decker Road from Midvale Avenue southerly
<br />to ditch on south line of Sublot No. 396, by constructing therein a
<br />storm sewer. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by I~Trs. Lynch, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />se®nd and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Hin'sel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the
<br />purpose of paying the cost of plans, specifications and other preliminary
<br />costs incident to and requisite for the construction of a sewage eo7.lection
<br />system and sewage treatment plant for the City of North Olmsted, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr.
<br />MacDonald that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, YJilson. 2'hereupon the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon

<br />Ordinance No. 2884 was introduced by Mr. L~ilson. An ordinance to
<br />provide for the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of
<br />special assessments for the improvement of Decker Road, Fitch Road,
<br />Lessner Road, and Lucille Drive, by paving, installation of storm sewer
<br />and the construction of sidewalks, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. 67ilson, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that th.e statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote an said motion was
<br />as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, U+Iilson. Thereupon
<br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Kinkel, =Hixson,

<br />into a contract for care of prisoners sent to Cuyahoga County Jail by the
<br />City of North Olmsted. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by IJrs.
<br />Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, iiixson, Framer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second.
