<br />Ordinance No. 2830 was introduced by Mrs. Lynch. An ordinance amending
<br />Section 1 of Ordinance 2517, entitled, "An ordinance to detersins •acation
<br />periods for officers and regular members of the Police Department. It
<br />was moved by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said notion was
<br />as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon wan as follows Hinkel,

<br />Ordinance No. 2831 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance to levy
<br />special assessments for the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road
<br />southerly to Midvale Avenue by grading and paving thereof. It was moved
<br />by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote oa said notion was
<br />as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel,

<br />Ordinance No. 2832 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance to levy
<br />special assessments for the improvement of Decker Road Storm Sewer No. 2
<br />from Midvale Avenue southerly to the South line of Sublot No. 396 by
<br />constructing and installing therein a storm sewer. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Hixson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on acid motion was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 2833 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel
<br />No. 236-3-26 on Fleharty Road water main in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory
<br />rule be suapendsd and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirffiativs vote on said motion
<br />wan as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel,
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2834 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution accepting
<br />the easement for the installation and maintenance of a water main in
<br />proposed Spruce and Cypress Drive, Elder and Cypress Drive, and Magnolia
<br />and Cypress Drive in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution bs read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage sad the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel,

<br />Resolution No. 2835 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution supporting
<br />House Bill #31? meaorialiaing the State of Ohio to include in it8 program
<br />elimination of unguarded railroad crossings, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that tha statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution bs read immediately the second and
