<br />Ordinance No. 279 was introduced by Mr. Wilson. An Ordinance to make
<br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City
<br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, January, Februarys March: 1959. It was moved
<br />by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon wan as follows:
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage
<br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hixeon~ Kramer, Lynch,
<br />MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2795 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution
<br />transferring trust funds of the City of North Olmsted to "Street Mainten-
<br />ance Funds and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald
<br />seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read
<br />the second and third tines and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,

<br />Ordinance No. 2?96 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance vacating
<br />portions of Ambour Drive in the Ohio Shores Construction Corporation
<br />Subdivisions No. 1, 2 and 3, and declaring an emergency. It was moved
<br />by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 2797 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. 232-28-48 on Selhurst Road Water Main in the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr.
<br />Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hixeon~ Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson, Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as

<br />Ordinance No. 2798 was introduced by.Mr~.Kramer.. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of spesial assessments on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. 232-5-3 Brookpark Water Main in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />seeond and third tines and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 2799 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. 237-8-22, Clagus Road sidewalk, in the City'of North Olmsted, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs.
<br />Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynchs MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />The Acting Safety Director recommended the City buy their own equipment
<br />for Police Laboratory tests, and the contract with the City of Berea
<br />was referred to the Safety Committee for consideration,
