<br />mate of cost of this would be between X4,500 and X5,500.
<br />A length of sidewalk in the allotment was never constructed and this should
<br />be done and might cost in the neighborhood of X500.00.
<br />At one place in the paving it had become so bad it should not be left to go
<br />through the winter. The suggestion is made, before cold weather, that the
<br />Street Department repair this bad spot keeping an exact cost of same for
<br />purposes of ad3ustment."
<br />Ordinance No. 2547 was introduced by Mr. Baker; An ordinance to amend sections
<br />1 and 2 of ordinance No. 2541 passed August 20th, 1957, and entitled "An Ordinance
<br />to provide for the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of
<br />special assessments for the improvement of Clague Road from Lorain Road to
<br />Mastick Road, by constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk
<br />on both sides of said Clague Road; Columbia Road, from Lorain Road to Mastick
<br />Road, by constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on
<br />-the Easterly side thereof; Brookpark Road from Martin Drive Easterly 1,322.46
<br />feet, by constructing therein a water main; Bradley Road from Barton Road
<br />Northerly 976 feet, by constructing therein a water main; and Kennedy Ridge
<br />Road from Columbia Road to Butternut Ridge Road, by constructing therein a
<br />water main. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Schwenk, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on its

<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel
<br />No. 237-15-47, SL 43 on Coe Avenue, North Olmsted, Ohio, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 2506, passed July 15, 1957. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk,
<br />seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third Mmes and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Resolution No. 2550 was introduced by Mr. Crider: A resolution approving
<br />the completed planning documents prepared with an advance from the United
<br />States of America under the terms of Public Law 560, 83rd Congress of the
<br />United States, as amended. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr.
<br />MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second
