<br />Resolution No. 2513 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer: A resolution to repeal
<br />resolution No. 2187, passed May 21, 1957, entitled "Resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Root Road from Lorain Road northerly 2b79 feet, by con-
<br />structing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides
<br />thereof".
<br />It was moved by Mr. Neubauer, seconded by NIr. Schwenk, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />tines and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. There-
<br />upon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker,

<br />Resolution No. 2514 was introduced by Mr. Kramer: A resolution to repeal
<br />resolution No. 21+89, passed I~~ay 21, 1957, entitled "Resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Fitch Road from Butternut Ridge Road to south City line,
<br />by constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both
<br />sides thereof".
<br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Schwenk, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />tames and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. There-
<br />upon, the resolution iras read the second and third times and put upon its

<br />resolution No. 21x.98 entitled "Resolution declaring it necessary to improve
<br />Stearns Road from Lorain Road to the southerly city lines, by constructing
<br />and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof",
<br />passed June 4, 1957.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by ~Ir. Kramer, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, A~acDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. There-

<br />rir. Eisenstadt, Developer of Tree-Lane Subdivision requested permission to
<br />connect downspouts to the storm sewer which he installed. He has storm sewer
<br />starting with 15" crock, going to 3b", where it enters the 1811 storm sewer.
<br />i~'Ir. Crider stated that Mr. Barnow was turned down on the same request. i~Ir.
<br />Baker stated there should be exceptions where the storm sewers are designed to
<br />take care of enough water. The matter was referred to the engineer to check
<br />into ~.nd report to the Sewer Committee.
<br />Ordinance No. 2516 was introduced by prin. Decker: An ordinance to determine
<br />vacation periods for regular members and officers of the Fire Department,
<br />effective July 17, 1957.
