<br />3 of Ordinance Nc, 61-103; enactEd May 16, 1961, entitled "An ardinance determining
<br />salaries, wages and ban?s of appoint?d officials and employees of the City of
<br />North Olmsted", as amended by Ordinance TJo. 62-128, enacted July 10, 1962, as
<br />amended by Ordinance No. 64-21, enacf_ed :7anuar°y 21, 1964, and declaring an emergency.

<br />the issuance of a note of the C,ity of Noi.-th Olmsted in anticfpation of the issuance
<br />of bonds to pay the City's portLon of the cost of constructing a water line in
<br />Walter Road and to ret.ire a note prevaIDU;aly issued and outstanding, and declari.ng
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr.. I.eonard, seeonded by Mr•, Van Zandt, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspene3ed and the ardinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage.. The affirmative vote on said motion was as

<br />An ordinance amending Section 1225.02 of ordinance No. 62-33 (the Zoning Code of
<br />the City of Nmrth Olmsted) as it relates to the size of signs in general retail
<br />business districts and adding a riew para€;raph (G) to said Se.ctian 1225.02. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Caster, that Urdinance No: 64-30 be referred
<br />to the Planning Gommiasfon. The affirmai:ive voted on said motion was as follows:
