An ordinance amending <br />the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No, 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinanee <br />? of the City of North 0lmsted, b y ehanging; the designation thereon of certain lands <br />hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present dQSignation thereon <br />as Class B Residence district to that of general Retail Business District, It was <br />moved by Mr. Mangani, sgconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the ordinance be adopted as <br />read. The affirmative vote on said motion Was as follows: Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Opposed were Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, West. Note= Mr, Caster, who arrived later <br />in the meeting asked for, and received, permission to have his vote entered on the <br />record as "no" on this question. <br />Resolution No, 64-80 was given its third ar}d final reading. A resolution approv- <br />ing, for record purposes on1y, the proposed subidiVisian known as Talp Subdivision, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Leonard, <br />that the resolution be adopted as read. The af€irmative vote on said motion was <br />as follows: Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Z4ndt, West. <br />Ordinance 64-83 was given its third and final reading. An ordinance amending <br />Title 5, Chapter 943, Section 943.06 entitled "Individual Grave Price" and 943,07 <br />entitled "Rates for Opening and Closing Graves.". It was moved by Mr. West, seconded <br />by Mrs. Hodgins, that the Ordinance be adopfied as read. The affirmative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Hodgins, T,eonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. <br />Ordinance No. 64-88 was given its second readingr <br />Mr. Caster is now present. <br />Ordinance No, 64-91 was introduced by Mr, Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation af special assessmspts on pexmanent parcel No, 237-11-58 <br />being an assessment for preparation oE pl,ans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani iuoved, seconded by Mr. West, that the <br />statutory rule be suspen¢ed and the ordinance be read imtuediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. An Ordinance authorizing and direct- <br />ing the cancellation of special assessmenks on Permanent Parcel No. 231-1-10 being <br />an assessment for preparation of plans apci speciEications for sanitary sewers, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved, ;aeconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be re:ad immediately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said mqtiQn was as follows: <br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangan:i, Van Zandt, West. Ap Ordinance authorizing and <br />dfrecting the cancellation of special assessments on Perrnanent Parcel No. 231-1-10 <br />being an assessment for construetion of a water line, and declaring an emergency. <br />40,11, Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the atatutory rule be suspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the sacond and third times and put on its <br />passage.
