<br />Ordinance 64-94 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance providing for residential
<br />and business office and professional hi-?ri.se use distriets as supplemental uses to
<br />the provisions of Ordinance No, 62-33, the Zoning Ordinance, and amending sections
<br />? thereof to provide for such uses, and declartng an emergency. It was given its

<br />Ordinance No. 64-95 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and giuen its first reading only.
<br />An Ordinance establishing a minimum requii•ement for the development of land within
<br />the City of North Olmsted as to the maps reqtlired, fees to be charged and procedure
<br />to be followed for planning of land withiri the City of North Olmsted,
<br />It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by P4r. West that the proposed Ordinance be

<br />Mr, Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Van 2artdt, that a typographical error on Page 4

<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that Ordinance 64-95 be amended to
<br />include a definition of the word "develop4,r" to shmw that a developer: is one who

<br />Ordinance 64-96 was introduced by Mr. Ltmpert. An ordinance amending Ordinance No.
<br />2194, incorporkted in the Codified Ordinances as Section 163.03, Chapter 163, Titie
<br />Five, entitled "Vacations and holidays; 1Driyer's Check-in;_Time" and enacting
<br />Section 163.04, Chapter 163, Title Five, entitled "Insurance on Employees of the
<br />Munici.pal Bus Lines," and declaring an emiargency. Mr. Limpert moved, seconded
<br />by Mr. West, that the statutory rule be sisspended and the ordinance be read imme-
<br />diately the second and third times and pu+t on its passage. The affirmative vote qn
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, ?eon&rd, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt,
<br />West. Thereupon the ordinance was read thie second and third times and put on its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon taas as f411ows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Resolution No. 64-97 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Service and Safety to advertise for bids for a traffic control
<br />cable to be installed to control traEfic lights on Lorain Road from Dover Road
<br />to Brookpark Road in the City of North Olimsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs.
<br />Hodgins moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resdution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as £ollows: Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Thereupon the r•esolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage and the affirm$tive vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Resolution No. 64-98 was introduced by Mr, Castex'. A Resolution accepting a
<br />drai.nage easement through the property owned by FredriGk Homer Marcis. Mr. Caster
<br />moved, seconded by Mr, Van Zandt, that the st4tutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times 4nd put on its passage.
