<br />Resolution No. 64-161 - a Resolution determining to submit to the electors nf the
<br />City of North Olmsted the question of issuing bonds for the purpose of construct-
<br />ing and equippfng an outdoor municipal swimming pool with appurtenant structures,
<br />making site improvements and acquiring necessary i.nterests in real estate there-
<br />for, and deciar.ing an emergency, was introduced by Mra Leonard, Mr. Leonard
<br />then moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the proposed resolution be read in
<br />f ul l. . The Clerk of Counc il read the proposed resalut ion in f ul l,
<br />Mr. Lzonard then moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the rules of Council requir,
<br />ing three readings on three separate dates be suspended as to the second and
<br />third readings. A vote was taken thereon which was as follows: affirmative -
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Mangani, Van Zandt, West,
<br />Mr, Leonard then moved that the resolution be adopted under suspension of the

<br />Ordinance Noe 64-162 - An Ordinance authorizing the employment of special counsel
<br />to prepare and supervise proceedings for submission to electors of a bond issue
<br />and sale of such bonds to finanee construction and equipping of an outdoor mu]Ri-
<br />cipal swimming pool with appurtenant structures, making site improvements and
<br />acquiring necessary interests in real estate therefor, in the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, was introduced by Mr, Mangani.
<br />Mr, Mangani then moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the proposed ordinance be
<br />read in full. The Clerk of Council read the proposed ordinance in full.

<br />and third readings. A vote was taken thereon which was as follows: affirmative -

<br />of Council as an emergency measure. A vote was taken thereon which was as follows;

<br />Resolution No. 64-163 - A Resolution declaring the necessit,y for an additional tax
<br />levy for providing fpr recreational purposes, was introduced by Mr, Caster,
<br />Mr. Caster then made a motion that the resolution be amended by inserting the
<br />words "capital improvement and site purchase" between "for" and "recreational"
<br />in the heading, in the next to the last line of Section 1, and in the third
<br />paragraph of Section 3. The motion was seconded by Mr. Leonard, A vote was
<br />taken thereon which was as follows: affirmative - Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
