September 6, 1966 - Page 4 <br />Ordinance N0. 66-141 was given its third reading. An Ordinance changing the <br />name of West 237th Street to Brendan Lane in the City of North Olmsted, OhioR <br />Mro Mangani moved r`or adoption, seconded by Mr. Westo Affirmative vote was <br />Caster, Eian, Mangani, West. Opposed were Foltz, Hodgins, Llmperta The <br />ordinance was adopted by a majority votea <br />Resolution No. 66-195 was given +ts second readingo A Resolution accepting <br />for r°ecord purposes only the Klesel Subdivision. <br />Ordinance Noo 66-196 was given its second readingo An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to accept a deed to land from the developers of City Line Subdivision <br />Noa 2, said land to be used for recreational pur-poses and further to enter <br />into an agreement for other land adjacent to the aforesaid land to be used for <br />recreational purposes, said agreement to be 1n the form of an easement permit- <br />ting the Cfty of North Olmsted this use for recreational purposes. <br />Ordinance No, 66-197 was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending <br />Title Nine, Chapter 1151, Section 1151.02, Paragraph A, entitled "Use in Two- <br />Family residence District" and Title Nine, Chapter 1151, Section 1151.03, <br />Paragraph A, entitled "Use in Multlple Residence District" of Ordinance No. <br />62-33 (Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) all relating to "Residence <br />Distrfcts"o <br />Ordfnance Noo 66-200 was given ifis second reading. An Ordinance amending the <br />Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of North Olmsted), by changing the desmgnation thereof of certain <br />land hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designation <br />thereon as Single Residence A to Multiple Residence. <br />Mr. Mangani called attention of the Council to minutes of the last Planning <br />Commission in which a motlon was made to reject Ordinance 66-200, and the <br />motion appears to have been defeated. The Clerk was instructed to write the <br />Chairman of the Planning Commission for an interpretation of their minutes. <br />Resolution Noa 66-212 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A Resolution amending <br />Section I of Resolution No. 66-180 enacted July 5, 1966, entitled "A Resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Director of Law to settle a law suit entitled 'City of <br />North Olmsted vs, Leonard F. Haag' in the Rocky River Municipal Court for the <br />sum of $372e31, and declarinq an emergency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Mangani moved for suspens-isn=nf the rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mra Limpert, Afflrmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Nlangani, Westo Mrm Mangani then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. <br />Limperta Affirmative vote was Casfier, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, <br />Westo <br />Ordinance Noo 66-213 was introduced by Mre Mangani and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 <br />01. <br />.?
