<br />steps en emergency legislatfon. T'hey move for the suspencfon of rules and
<br />adopt. The anly kime that legislation shoaxld be read is prior to a public
<br />hearing.
<br />Mr. Foltz asked for a poll of Council9s feelings on this. "Yeas" Caster,

<br />mendation that an annual report be sent t.o al]. residents of Narth Olmsted,
<br />and this provision be included in the Charter, Mayor Christman advised that
<br />the Gity of Cleveland eftarter requfres an annual repmrt to be'sent to all

<br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that the Safety-Service Director's recommendation for
<br />a new car for the F'ire Chief be refesred to the Finance Committee,
<br />Mrs. Hocigins also requested that in addition to the traffic lights requested
<br />for Clague, Columbia and Whitethorn, that a walk light at McKenzie and Lorain
<br />be considered by the Finance Gommittee,
<br />Mr. Caster moved that Mr. Cavanno, wha furnished the plans for possible develop-
<br />ment of the Sealtest buflding for city purposes, be informed of the consensus
<br />of Council with reference to the development of that property for city hall
<br />purpases.
<br />It being pointed oust an officfal vote on the question had not been taken,
<br />Mr. West moved that we not give any further consideration to acquiring the
<br />Sealtest property for cbty° use. Mmtfon was seconded by Mr, Caster, "Yeas"

<br />Appeals eaith regard to the G€;cking hearing, Mr. Caster felt there were dis-
<br />crEpancies in their minutes and intends as a property nwne`r and councilman
<br />to Commasnica+e with them, At ?hap next Council meeting he would like to
<br />recommend that Council set aside the recommendation of the Board of Zoning
<br />Appeals, under their power in Sece 1133.14 and 1133,16 of the Zoning Ordinance.
