<br />Ordinance No. 68-199, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance establishing 713 of the Codified Ordin-
<br />ances of the City of North Olmsted entitled 'Regulations and Minimum re-
<br />quirements for apartment houses, rental dwellings, rooming hpuses, dormi-
<br />tories and accessory sleeping quarters for non-transients, containing 4 or
<br />more units."
<br />Ordinance SJo. 68-200, which had been introduced by Mr. Miller, waS given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance enacting Chapter 1331 of Title Seven of
<br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted by establishing the
<br />procedure and standards for the inspection, repair, vacation, and demoli-
<br />tion of dangerous or unsafe buildings; providing for the appeals from the
<br />orders of the Building Commissioner by establishing a Board of Appeals;
<br />repealing Sections 1331.01 to 1331.06, inclusive, of Chapter 1331 Title
<br />Seven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted."
<br />Ordinance No. 68-205, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Christmdn Orive,
<br />Stewart Drive, Somerset Drive, Sutton Drive, Hastings Drive and Stafifard
<br />Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No, l; Stafford Drive, Christman Drive,
<br />Sutton Drive, and Cambridge Driue, Bretton Ridge Subdivision Np. Z; Svrrey
<br />Drive, Brighton Drive, Cambridge Drive, and Sutton Drive, Bretton Ridge
<br />Subdivision No. 3; Bretton Ridge Drive, Warrington Drive, Dorchester Drive,
<br />Westminister Drive, Wellington Drive, Huntington Drive and Ghadbourne Drive,
<br />Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 4."
<br />Reso.l.ution No. 68-212 was introduGed by Mr. West. A Resolution cortmer?ding

<br />? an emergency. Mr. West moved for the suspension of rule requli-ing three

<br />Ordinance No. 68-213 was introduced by Mr. Caster, and given its first read-
<br />ing, "An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to sign a quit-claim deecl to Blossom
<br />Land Corporation."
<br />Resolution No. 68-214 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. A Reso1ution accepting
<br />The Kroger Company Development Plat for Recording Purposes Only, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Prokasy moved for suspension of rule requiring three sep-
<br />arate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hod-
<br />gins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Prokasy then moved for adoption of
<br />the Resolution, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hod-
<br />gins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-215 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance transferring
<br />appropriations and making additional appropriations for current sxpetnses and
<br />other expenditures for the City of North plmsted, Ohio, for the year ending
<br />December 31, 1968, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved fAr the suspen-
<br />sion of the rule requiring three 5eparate readings, seconded ay Mr. Limpert.
