<br />Mr. West moved that the Fiscal Officer be requested fo furnish a Certi-
<br />ficate of Life on the sewer improvement note. Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster. "Ayes" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy,
<br />West. Mr. Gerlach furnished the requested form.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-122 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to pro-
<br />vide for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of special
<br />assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the
<br />property owners' and the City%
<br />,s portions of the cost of improving Porter
<br />Road and certain other streets and public easements by constructing
<br />sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances,
<br />including street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the rules
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative
<br />vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr.
<br />West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.

<br />vide for the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds for the purpose of payfng part of the cost of constructing,
<br />equipping and furnishing a free public library building and improving
<br />the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert.

<br />Ordinance No. 68-124 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the Mayor to negotiate with and enter into a contract to retain the
<br />services of a financial consultant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-125 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the Mayor to negotiate for and enter into a contract euooying a pro-
<br />fessional real estate appraiser, and declaring an amergency. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
