An Ordinance authorizing the impounding of any shopping cart <br />obstructing a right-of-way. <br />Ordinance No. 68-127 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance creating <br />a petty cash fund for the Police Department Detective Bureau. Mr. West <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. <br />Resolution No. 68-128 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreemmt with the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of County Commissioners for replacement of the culvert located <br />on Bradley Road about 670 feet north of Barton Road, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Eian, Aodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Caster then moved <br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. <br />Resolution No. 68-129 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizr• <br />ing the Director of Public Safety and Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for a new automobile in the medium price class, authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for sus- <br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings, saconded by Mr. <br />Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. <br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, <br />West. <br />Resolution No. 68-130 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. A Resolution approv- <br />ing for record purposes only Emma Limpert Subdivision, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Prokasy moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Eian, Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West, with Mr. Limpert abstaining since <br />he was related to the property owner in question. Mr. Prokasy then <br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Eian, Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West, wtth Mr. Limpert again abstaining. <br />Resolution No. 68-131 was introduced by Mr. Miller and given its first <br />reading. A Resolution declaring the intent to cooperate and participate <br />with the NOrtheast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency. <br />Resolution No. 68-132 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution declaring <br />opposition to any federal legislation attempting directly or indirectly to <br />remove the tax exempt status of bonds and notes of this politieal subdivi- <br />sion, and declaring an emergency.
