A Resolutoon authorizing <br />the SafetymService Director to advertise for bids for sewer onspection <br />equipment for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, and declareng an emerm <br />gency. Mr. West moved for the suspension of the rule requACCng three <br />aepArate readings , seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirrnative vote was Caster, <br />Hodgins, Lampert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption <br />of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. <br />Reso.lutLon No. 68-34 was introduced by Mr. West. A resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service-Safety to advertise for bids for recapping <br />of tires for the automotive equipment of the City for the Vear of 1968 as <br />determined by the Director of Public Service-Safety in accordance with <br />specification on file in his office, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West <br />moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded <br />by Mr. Cester. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Prokasy, West. <br />Resolution No. 68-35 was introduced by Mr. West. A resolution authorizing <br />the Safety-Service Director to advertise for bids for highway paint, for <br />an amount not to exceed $2,000.00, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West <br />then moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Prokasy9 West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the resolution, seconded <br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Pro- <br />kasy, West. <br />Ordinance No. 68-36 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Governmental Research Institution for <br />the purpose of conducting a study necessary for the wetfare of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West then moved for the sus- <br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. <br />Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasyy West. Mr. West <br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirma- <br />tive vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. <br />Ordinance No. 68-37 was introduced by Mr.Milier and given its first reading. <br />An ordinance requiring a permit for opening streets and a deposit to pay <br />the cost of repaving and restoring street to its original condetion. <br />Ordinance No. 68-38 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending paragraph 1 of Ordinance 66-154, enacted July 9, 1966, <br />which amended Ordinance No. 2414, enacted December 18, 1956, which amended <br />Ordenance No. 2098, enacted March l, 1955, entitled "An Ordinance creating <br />position of Dog Warden and fixing compensation and bond therefor."
